What are ICAR Briefings?
ICAR Briefings provide the reader with an introduction to issues relating to refugees and asylum seekers in the UK. They include
- a succinct introduction to each subject
- an overview of relevant questions and themes
- key statistics
- key publications and further reading
Some of the topics have also been covered in greater detail by our now discontinued series of navigation guides
They are designed to assist the work of policy makers, service providers, Refugee Community Organisations, NGOs, and other organisations working in the field, but can also be used by anyone with an interest in the subject.
The Briefings are written using a range of sources including academic and NGO research, statistics, policy documents and web material.
