Mapping refugee and migrant populations in the UK is a new ICAR Resource Guide written by Gabriela Quevedo and based on a resource developed for the ‘Conducting Community Research' course at the Evelyn Oldfield Unit.

Sunday 3-Monday 4 October  Cities of migration international conference on migrant integration. The Hague, Holland.

Thursday 7 October: The Global Classroom conference to explore the role played by immigrants in shaping the education system. Organised by the NASUWT union.

Thursday 14- Friday 15 October Making Sense of Migration Statistics: Comparing Data and Practical Application Brussels.

Wednesday 20 October: Protection of unaccompanied children in Europe conference in Strasbourg. Including presentation of European Commission action plan. Organised by Terre d'Asile, the Council of Europe and Themis.
