Persistent Needs and Gaps: the Protection of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) Refugees sub-titled 'an overview of UNHCR's response to LGBTI refugees and recommendations to enhance protection' is a new report from Human Rights First. Submissions on Somalia and Sudan by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Survey on Legal Aid for Asylum Seekers in Europe by the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) and European Legal Network on Asylum (ELENA).

Protesting as a Terrorist Offense: The Arbitrary Use of Terrorism Laws to Prosecute and Incarcerate Demonstrators in Turkey is a new report from Human Rights Watch.

Further submissions and asylum support is an Asylum Support Partnership briefing on the effect of policy changes on One Stop Service clients, and includes case studies.
