New ruling on refugees, dual nationality and safe third countries in the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).
The Asylum (First List of Safe Countries) (Amendment) Order 2010 adds Switzerland to the list of countries to which it is considered safe enough to return a third country national who has made an asylum or human rights claim in the UK.
